 Jason Carl and Joey Karsten have performed together for over 10 years. They play a variety of music that appeals to all ages and has a chemistry that is undeniably contagious! In addition to playing cover songs for private parties, special events and corporate shows Joey has written and performed his song “Hold Me Like You Used to Do” on John Mellencamp’s “Falling From Grace’ movie soundtrack which got rave reviews in Rolling Stone. Jason has recently recorded his first solo album produced by Chris Wonzer and features Paul Ill, who performed on James Blunt’s hit debut album. Together their talents, guitars and voices blend and combine to create a cohesive musical experience that you won’t soon forget. |

 The Carl Karsten Duo performs their song list with an album-like quality. Their audience members are amazed that only two people can produce a much larger band sound which features their excellent harmonies and vocal abilities. With years of performing experience they have a great feel for their audiences, together with their song selections and the volumes at which they play.
